If youre a nooob or an average player, you like the idea of sharing tanks, but when you are the best there is never anyone you want in your tank because they are too dumb to understand your ultimate playing style. You could kinda train everyone, but then the best players are still smarter than you so they get frustrated with the guys you have trained in their tanks. I bet that theres still alot of frustrating tank moments dh anyway with regular public players so it's so hard to share a tank with strangers in public servers with any tank game. We do play tank maps on our server and tanks must be crewed, so we developed and trained on how to do it.īack in the day of DH, in the 29th myself and Hutch formed the 'tank' platoon and worked on crew training and yes it does work if there is a level of cooperation and teamwork, something the average RO2 player lacks. The actual operation of the tank in RO2 is far closer to realistic than any 'pay to win' World of Tanks dream. Tanks should be crewed, do it as it was and is, not what the game 'fantasy' requires.
